FEPD Circular Letter No. 11: Amendment in Importers, Exporters and Indentors (Registration) Order, 1981
The Foreign Exchange Policy Department of Bangladesh Bank circulates the amended notification of the Importers, Exporters and Indentors (Registration) Order, 1981 (SRO No. 178-Law/2018, dated June 7, 2018) to all approved dealer banks. This action is taken in accordance with a memorandum from the Ministry of Commerce dated July 2, 2018, to ensure that all concerned parties are informed and take necessary measures regarding the amendments.
