FEPD Circular Letter No. 14: Issuance of Public Notification No. 607/2015-2016/ERC (Export Trade Control)
The Foreign Exchange Policy Department of Bangladesh Bank forwards Public Notification No. 607/2015-2016/ERC, issued by the Office of the Chief Controller of Imports and Exports on April 11, 2016, to all approved dealer banks. The circular requires these banks to take note of the directives contained in the notification and take necessary action. Authorized dealer banks are instructed to inform all concerned parties regarding these export trade control measures.
