FEPD Circular Letter No. 16: Matching of Bill of Entry(ies)/Certified invoice(s)
Authorized Dealers must match unmatched bills of entry or certified invoices within 31 July, 2019. This requirement applies to importers who previously opened new letters of credit without prior approval for amounts up to USD 200.00 or equivalent. After this deadline, the instructions from FE circular no. 04 dated 05 March, 2005 become applicable.
