FEPD Circular Letter No. 21: Declaration of export value on EXP Form
Authorized Dealers in Bangladesh are advised to guide their exporters to declare the full invoice value of goods on EXP Form without adjusting for foreign agent commissions or other trade charges. This instruction addresses observations that such deductions on the form do not reflect the actual value of exportable goods receivable from importers abroad. Authorized Dealers must bring these instructions to the notice of their relevant customers.
