FEPD Circular Letter No. 24: Statutory business target for licenced Money Changers (MCs)
Applications for renewal of Money Changer licences shall proceed without the requirement to achieve the statutory annual business target for foreign exchange transactions. This exemption applies specifically to the year 2020 due to the Coronavirus outbreak and does not alter other existing instructions regarding licence renewal.
