FEPD Circular Letter No. 28: Working capital loans from abroad by foreign owned/controlled companies
The deadline for short-term working capital loans from abroad by foreign owned or controlled companies is extended to December 31, 2020. This extension applies to facilities previously authorized under FE Circular Letter No. 19 dated May 03, 2020. All other relevant instructions regarding these transactions remain unchanged.
