Authorized Dealers may now provide Export Development Fund loans to member mills of the Bangladesh Garments Accessories & Packaging Manufacturers & Exporters Association for bulk imports of raw materials destined for local deliveries to manufacturer-exporters against inland back-to-back letters of credit.
