FEPD Circular No. 06: Registration fee on account of medical check-up for migrant workers
Authorized Dealers in Bangladesh may remit registration fees for medical check-ups for migrant workers to the bank accounts of approved medical centers upon request. This remittance is permitted subject to the production of invoices specifying check-up details and the deduction of applicable taxes. The decision facilitates outward remittances for current transactions not specifically stipulated in the Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions-2009.
