FEPD Circular No. 10: Import of Empty LPG Cylinder on deferred payment basis

The document amends the Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions-2018 to allow industrial units in Bangladesh an usance period of up to 360 days for the import of empty LPG cylinders for their own use. This permission aligns with existing provisions for capital machinery and spares, specifically referencing paragraph 33(a)(i) of chapter 7. The directive applies to all Authorized Dealers in Foreign Exchange in Bangladesh and leaves other related instructions unchanged.
