FEPD Circular No. 12: Cash subsidy against export of Jute products

This circular mandates a 10% cash subsidy for the export of diversified jute products containing at least 75% jute by value. Applicants must submit Form-K to authorized dealer branches, supported by a certificate from the Bangladesh Jute Mills Association (BJMA) or Bangladesh Jute Spinners Association (BJMA) confirming the jute content. The requirement for a new certificate is waived for exports where advance repatriation is processed through TT, provided previous conditions are met. All other existing instructions regarding jute export subsidies remain unchanged.
