FEPD Circular No. 20: Export Development Fund Eligibility for Type C Industries in Export Processing Zones

Authorized Dealers may now extend Export Development Fund loans against back-to-back import letters of credit for input procurements by Type C industries located in Export Processing Zones. This authorization applies to foreign currency loans provided to these industries, subject to the instructions outlined in FE Circular No. 25 dated December 22, 2009, and its subsequent circulars.
