FEPD Circular No. 34: Release of foreign exchange on account of Overseas Allowance in favour of the cockpit and cabin crews of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd
Authorized Dealers and Licensed Money Changers are permitted to release foreign exchange for overseas allowances of cockpit and cabin crews of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd. Authorized Dealers must obtain an approval letter from the airline specifying the release amount and ensure the amount is properly endorsed on the crews' passports. Licensed Money Changers may also release foreign exchange for this purpose by observing the same instructions.
