FEPD Circular No. 34: Submission of monthly statement of buyer's credit
Authorized Dealers in Foreign Exchange in Bangladesh are no longer required to submit monthly statements of buyer’s credit as previously mandated under paragraph 33(e), chapter 7 of the Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions-2018, Vol-1. Instead, Authorized Dealers must upload related data to the Enterprise Data Warehouse using Template T_ME_M_STED in accordance with the requirements of the Statistics Department, Bangladesh Bank. The relevant instruction at paragraph 33(e), chapter 7 is amended to reflect this change, which takes effect immediately.
