FEPD Circular No. 35: Amendment of Form Kha for Alternative Cash Incentive in RMG/Textile Sector
This circular amends Form Kha to allow alternative cash incentives for composite ready-made garment exporters who produce garments using yarn sourced from BTMA member mills via domestic back-to-back letters of credit. The amendment applies to shipments dispatched on or after December 29, 2016, with a transitional provision allowing applications to be filed within 45 days of the circular's issuance for cases where the standard 180-day limit has expired. All other applicable instructions regarding cash incentive payments in the textile sector remain unchanged.
