The document amends the documentation requirements for export subsidies on pharmaceutical goods by allowing the submission of import invoices, letters of credit, lists, and approvals from the Directorate General of Drug Administration in place of previously required credit documents for local and imported inputs. It further permits exporters who were unable to submit subsidy applications prior to the issuance of Circular No. 33 (dated December 11, 2018) to file these applications within two months from the date of this circular. All other existing instructions regarding subsidy payments in the pharmaceutical sector remain unchanged.
