Authorized Dealers of Foreign Exchange in Bangladesh are permitted to allow monthly remittances from foreign nationals resident in and having income in Bangladesh to countries other than their country of domicile, provided these destinations are declared in the prescribed application form. This expansion applies to remittances covering commitments abroad, which remain capped at 75% of the remitter's net current savings. Instructions from Paragraph-8, Chapter-11 of the Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions (GFET), 2009, and FE Circular No.06 dated April 15, 2013, remain unchanged except for this specific allowance.
