FIM Act Formal Consultation Public Notice
The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA) has uploaded updated Regulations and Standards related to the Financial Institutions and Markets Act, no. 2 of 2021, for public review. Regulated industry entities are invited to submit comments on this subordinate legislation using the provided template. Responses must be sent directly to Ms. Anesia Cloete by 28 February 2022.
