FINAL ORDER
This cause came on for consideration and final agency action. Upon review of the record and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Office of Financial Regulation ("Office") hereby finds:

1. The Office has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this case and the parties
   hereto.
2. On August 24 2026, a Notice of Intent to Deny was issued to Amy Lynn Alexander
   ("Petitioner") by U.S. mail to the address on record with the Office.
3. On September 2, 2026, Petitioner voluntarily withdrew her loan originator license
   application, thereby rendering moot the pending action to deny her application.
4. The entry of this Final Order shall conclude the above-referenced administrative
   proceeding.
   ORDERED:
