The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued an Amended Final Order resolving administrative proceedings against Hunter Lending, LLC and Kenneth Ryan Hunter for failing to timely submit a required mortgage call report. The Respondents agreed to dismiss their pending appeal, cease future violations of Chapter 494, Florida Statutes, and pay a $500 administrative fine within ten days.
