Final Order — Mortgage Lender
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order against GRC Lending LLC and its president, Sergio Felix Gutierrez, for failing to timely submit a required Financial Audit Report for the year ending December 31, 2024. The Order approves a Stipulation and Consent Agreement requiring the respondents to pay a $1,250 administrative fine and cease and desist from future violations of Chapter 494, Florida Statutes. By consenting to this Order, the respondents waive their rights to an administrative hearing and agree to the terms as final agency action enforceable under state law.
