These Rules amend Rule 12 of the Financial and Corporate Service Providers (Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism) Rules, 2019, by replacing the requirement for a correct permanent address with a mandate to collect at least two current means of contact. The specified contact methods include personal or business email addresses, mobile or landline telephone numbers, and various mailing addresses such as personal, business, or residential locations. This amendment applies to Financial and Corporate Service Providers regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas.
