The Securities Commission of the Bahamas mandates that Financial and Corporate Service Providers submit specific annual documentation by January 31st to maintain their licenses. Individuals and unincorporated bodies must file a valid business license and an Annual Information Update Form, while partnerships and companies must additionally provide unaudited financial statements or management accounts and, for companies, a current annual return statement. Annual fees must be paid via check or wire transfer in BSD or USD, as cash payments are discontinued, and failure to remit fees and documentation by the deadline may result in license revocation.
