Financial Crime Returns Rules, 2026
The Guernsey Financial Services Commission mandates that licensees and registrants file annual Financial Crime Risk Returns, Prescribed Business Returns, and Investment Vehicles Multi Returns by 31 October, covering the reporting period from 1 July to 30 June. Licensees undertaking specific activities under the Proceeds of Crime Law must file quarterly Financial Flows Returns according to the dates specified in Schedule 1. The Rules revoke the Financial Crime Returns Rules, 2025 and apply to all licensees and registrants, with specific exclusions for personal fiduciaries and certain general insurance businesses.
