Amendment of Basic Decision No. 6116 dated 7/3/1996

The Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon,
Pursuant to the Monetary and Loan Law, particularly Articles 174, 70, 79, and 99 thereof, And pursuant to Basic Decision No. 6116 dated 7/3/1996 and its amendments concerning the Facilities that the Central Bank of Lebanon may grant to Banks and Financial Institutions, And pursuant to the Decision of the Central Council of the Central Bank of Lebanon taken during its session held on 15/2/2018,

Has decided as follows:

Article 1: The text of the table (BDL-PB) attached to Basic Decision No. 6116 dated 7/3/1996 is repealed and replaced by the new text attached to this Decision.

Article 2: This Decision shall take effect immediately upon its issuance.

Article 3: This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette.
