Financial Institutions (Domestic Banking Business) (Repeal) Regulations 2009

These Regulations repeal the Financial Institutions (Domestic Banking Business) Regulations, 1996. The repeal removes the legal force of the 1996 instrument, which was last amended by S.I. 17 of 1999. Financial Institutions (Domestic Banking Business) (Repeal) Regulations, 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69(a) of the Financial Institutions Act, 2004, the Central Bank of Seychelles makes the following Regulations —

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Institutions (Domestic Banking Business) (Repeal) Regulations, 2009.

2. The Financial Institutions (Domestic Banking Business) Regulations, 1996 is repealed.
