Financial Institutions (Domestic Banking Business) (Repeal) Regulations 2009
These Regulations repeal the Financial Institutions (Domestic Banking Business) Regulations, 1996. The repeal removes the legal force of the 1996 instrument, which was last amended by S.I. 17 of 1999. This action is taken under the authority of section 69(a) of the Financial Institutions Act, 2004 by the Central Bank of Seychelles.
