Citation and commencement
1. This notice may be cited as the Financial Institutions (Tier III Microfi￾nance Institutions) (Exemption) Notice, 2019 and shall come into operation on
the date of publication in the Gazette.
Exemption
2. Tier III Microfinance Institutions are exempted from the application of
section 5(2) of the Act.
