(OTC; 4724) declared the issuance of 2,879,292 ordinary shares with a par value of NT$10 per share, totaling NT$28,792,920, through capital reserve capitalization. The case was returned in full pursuant to Article 73, Paragraph 1, Item 5, Sub-item 1 of the "Guidelines for Issuers' Raising and Issuing of Securities" because the company has incurred losses for the most recent two consecutive years.   3. Legal Basis for Penalty: Article 165-1, applying Article 36, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
  4. Facts and Reasons for Violation: Junji Company failed to re-announce and file the first-quarter 2026 financial report in accordance with the Financial Supervisory Commission's letter No. 1150382316 dated May 20, 2026.
  5. Penalty Result: Pursuant to Article 178, Paragraph 1, Item 4, Paragraph 2 of the same article, and Article 179 of the Securities and Exchange Act, the responsible person for the aforementioned violation by Junji Company is fined NT$240,000.
