Financial Supervisory Commission Securities and Futures Bureau Daily News (June 9, 2026)
The Securities and Futures Bureau returned the capital reserve capitalization application of Xuanjie Stem Cell Biotechnology Co., Ltd. due to two consecutive years of losses. The Bureau imposed a fine of NT$240,000 on Hu OO, the responsible person of Cayman Islands-based Junji Holdings Co., Ltd., for failing to re-announce and file the first-quarter 2026 financial report as ordered.
