The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Financial Transactions Reporting Act, 2018, make the following Regulations FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS REPORTING ACT (NO. 5 OF 2018) FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS REPORTING (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2018

1. Citation.
   These Regulations, which amend the Financial Transactions Reporting Regulations, 2018 (S.I. 35 of 2018) may be cited as the Financial Transactions Reporting (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
2. Amendment of Schedule to S.I. 35 of 2018.
   The Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by the deletion of the words “antes Stock Exchange” and the substitution thereof the words “Nantes Stock Exchange”.
