First Resolution of Modifications to the General Fiscal Resolution for 2024 and Annexes 1, 9, 11, 14, 15, 23, 29 and 30
The Tax Administration Service amends the General Fiscal Resolution for 2024 by modifying the Glossary and specific rules regarding administrative facilitity resolutions, friendly procedures for double taxation treaties, tax credit payments, RFC registration for workers and foreigners, corporate liquidation declarations, installment payment requests, and the revocation of donation authorization. It also introduces new rules for applying fiscal benefits related to severe weather events in October and November 2023, including procedures for applying stimuli, loss of rights to apply them, and the crediting of tax credits in provisional payments.
