First Resolution of Modifications to the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2023
This resolution amends rules 1.3.8, 1.3.9, 1.3.10, and 1.3.11 and adds rules 1.3.12, 1.3.13, and 3.5.14 to the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2023. It establishes requirements for inscription, suspension, reinstatement, and definitive removal from the Register of Importers of Basic Basket Products, including documentation for tariff fractions and contract presentation. Additionally, it sets forth the online payment procedure for the fee associated with the definitive importation of used vehicles of foreign origin, specifying an amount of $2,500.00 MXN. The amended rules regarding basic basket products remain applicable until December 31, 2023, or April 30, 2024, under specific decree conditions, and the resolution enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
