Foreign Exchange Transactions by the Units of Export Processing Zones (EPZs) in Bangladesh

EPZ developers and service providing companies exclusively formed and registered to serve a particular EPZ are treated as industrial units of EPZs. Existing foreign exchange regulations applicable for EPZ units are extended to these entities. This directive applies to authorized dealers of foreign exchange in Bangladesh.
