Foreign Funds Return Submission Requirement
The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority requires all foreign pension funds registered in the country to submit a completed Foreign Fund Return form at each financial year-end. Submissions must be filed via email within four months of the fund’s financial year-end, utilizing the provided spreadsheet template and guidance notes. This mandatory reporting obligation applies to all registered foreign funds beginning with the financial year immediately following the notice’s issuance.
