Form of Certificate of Registration for a Retirement Fund (RF.S.5.25)
The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority issued this standard to prescribe the mandatory template for registering funds under the Financial Institutions and Markets Act, 2021. Upon registration, the Authority must issue a Certificate of Registration detailing the fund’s name, principal office, authorized Namibian operating locations, and Chief Executive Officer approval.
