Form PF; Reporting Requirements for All Filers and Large Hedge Fund Advisers

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission issued a correction to a proposed rule document regarding Form PF reporting requirements for all filers and large hedge fund advisers. The correction amends amendatory instruction 4 in section 279.9 to properly reference the revised version of Form PF, which is attached as Appendix A to the document. This administrative action ensures the regulatory text accurately reflects the intended revisions to the reporting obligations for investment advisers to private funds.
