Foundations Regulations (Amendment No. 1) 2023
The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market enacted the Foundations Regulations (Amendment No. 1) 2023 to revise compliance obligations for foundations operating within the jurisdiction. The amendments adjust subsection 18A(2) and insert a new subsection 18A(2A) requiring Company Service Providers of Non-Exempt Foundations to file all mandatory notices and regulatory submissions with the Registrar, except for filings under section 40. These provisions apply solely to the Abu Dhabi Global Market and commence upon publication.
