FS.S.6.10 Requirements Applicable to Exempted Societies
The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority issued Standard FS.S.6.10 to mandate compliance requirements for exempted friendly societies under the Financial Institutions and Markets Act, 2021. These entities must submit their principal office address, officer details, and managing personnel information upon establishment. Furthermore, they are required to file quarterly financial statements detailing their financial position, comprehensive income, and cash flows within thirty days after each calendar quarter.
