FSCA Communication 19 of 2025 on the Cross-Sector OMNI-Risk Return

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority has published a draft OMNI-Risk Return template and an Explanatory Guide for stakeholder consultation. Financial institutions are invited to submit written comments on the draft by 30 November 2025 using a specified Microsoft Forms template. The consultation period coincides with three virtual industry workshops scheduled for November 2025 to discuss specific sections of the return.
