FSCA Communication 7 of 2022 Withdrawal of Request for Information 2 of 2022
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has withdrawn its Request for Information 2 of 2022 and Communication 6 of 2022 due to the use of outdated annexures. The original March directives required retirement funds and administrators to collect and continuously report data on unclaimed benefits and paid-up member accounts. The Authority apologizes for the resulting inconvenience and directs industry stakeholders to contact its Retirement Funds Supervision division for clarification.
