All scheduled banks and financial institutions in Bangladesh must report funded and non-funded exposures to persons, counterparties, or groups, including bond investments, with an aggregate value of BDT 50 Crore or above to the Central Database for Large Credit. Banks and FIs are required to split the Standard category into four sub-categories, including Standard-2 for accounts overdue 30-59 days and Standard-LQ based on specific qualitative measures, and must form a Joint Lenders Forum with a Corrective Action Plan once an account is reported as Standard-2 or Standard-LQ. The first report covering December 2015 is due by 29 February 2016, with subsequent monthly reports submitted by the last working day of the following month.
