Fund and Society Administrators Standards
The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority establishes these standards to regulate the registration, certification, and cancellation or variation of fund and society administrators under the Financial Institutions and Markets Act, 2021. The framework mandates structured application procedures requiring completed forms, fit and proper declarations, proof of fees and professional indemnity insurance, and electronic submission via the NAMFISA Electronic Regulatory System. Upon approval, administrators receive a formal certificate of registration and must maintain compliance with governance, risk management, and disclosure obligations to operate legally in Namibia.
