The National Banking and Securities Commission updates the homoclave for the Technical Opinion on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing, eliminates physical submission requirements for several financial institution reports and audits, and merges multiple procedures into unified processes with new homoclaves. These changes apply to financial entities, currency exchange centers, and money transmitters, requiring the use of specific electronic forms and XML files for submissions such as internal audit reports, certification renewals, and information exchange notices. The agreement streamlines registration for currency centers by consolidating inscription and renewal requirements into a single procedure and updates the reporting of internal structure integration and compliance manuals.
