General Directorate of Research and Innovation Resolution No. 001-2021
The resolution grants organizational authorization to Finsmart S.A.C. and individuals Diego Luis Escobal Castillo and José Martín Huapaya Castañeda to establish FS CROWD Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C. This authorization is valid for one year from notification and does not permit the entity to conduct financial participatory financing activities until separate operational authorization is obtained from the Securities Market Superintendence. The resolution mandates publication in the official newspaper El Peruano within fifteen business days and notification to the organizers' representatives.
