General Directorate of Research and Innovation Resolution No. 003-2025-SMV/12.1
The resolution grants organizational authorization to Gonzalo Espinosa Anaya and Pierre Rimarachin Tucto to establish Fondea Peru.io Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero Sociedad Anónima Cerrada. This authorization is valid for one year from notification and does not permit the entity to conduct financial participatory financing activities until separate operating authorization is obtained from the Securities Market Superintendence. The resolution mandates publication in the Official Gazette El Peruano within fifteen business days and notification to the organizers.
