General Insurance Companies and ATTIC Secretariat Bonds Survey
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago requires all general insurance companies and the ATTIC Secretariat to submit updated information regarding bond business. Recipients must complete a Bonds Survey Form listing individual bonds issued since January 1, 2016, and provide a list of claims and enquiries related to business issued prior to December 31, 2016. Additionally, entities must confirm and submit copies of any changes to underwriting guidelines, sample bond contracts, or application forms. This data must be emailed to the specified address by April 28, 2017.
