The File No. 2026039651 submitted by Andean Crown Fund Administrator Company S.A.C. and Report No. 1458-2026- SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy; CONSIDERING:
That, by means of file No. 2026037900 dated August 19, 2026, the registration of the investment fund named “Fondo de Inversión Andean Crown Global Investments”, as well as the corresponding Participation Regulations, was ordered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, Andean Crown Fund Administrator Company S.A.C. has declared that the “Fondo de Inversión Andean Crown Global Investments” does not have participants and requests its exclusion from the Public Registry of the Securities Market, although the placement period established by article 57 of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Administrator Companies has not yet been fulfilled; That, Andean Crown Fund Administrator Company S.A.C. has complied with what is established by article 39 1 , letter a), of the Single Text of the Order of the Securities Market Law, Supreme Decree No. 020-2023-EF and
article 19, numeral 19.1, of the Regulations on Registration and Exclusion of Securities in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and in the Stock Exchange Wheel,
approved by SMV Resolution No. 031-2012-SMV/01, which states that a security may be excluded from the Public Registry of the Securities Market when its registration was originated by the issuer's own will, considering that according to the declaration there are no participants as of the date, as developed in Report No. 1458-2026- SMV/10.2; and,
