The File 2026040248 submitted by Sura Investments Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C.; CONSIDERING:
That the mutual fund for securities investment named “Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Soles X FMIV” was registered via file No. 2025045595 on October 20, 2025, under the “Sura Plazo Definido Soles Mutual Funds Program”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That the mutual fund for securities investment named “Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Dólares III FMIV” was registered via file No. 2025038187 on August 29, 2025, under the “Sura Plazo Definido Dólares Mutual Funds Program”, in the REGISTRY; That the mutual fund for securities investment named “Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Soles VIII FMIV” was registered via file No. 2025025202 on June 6, 2025, under the “Sura Plazo Definido Soles Mutual Funds Program”, in the REGISTRY; That Article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Funds for Securities Investment and their Administrating Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the circumstances of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in literal c) 1; That Sura Investments Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. submitted the custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY;
