The General Superintendent of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File 2026018266, regarding the request for authorization to organize a collective fund management company to be named Integrados Collective Fund Management Company S.A., as well as Report No. 1421-2026-SMV/10.2;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings submitted by August 25, 2026, the legal entities Corporación Coril S.A.C. and Corporación Geco S.A.C. requested authorization for the organization of a collective fund management company that will be called Integrados Collective Fund Management Company S.A. or abbreviated as Integrados CFMC S.A.;

That, according to the information presented, the shareholding participation of Corporación Coril S.A.C. and Corporación Geco S.A.C. is 99.9% and 0.1%, respectively;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that the organizers of Integrados Collective Fund Management Company S.A. have met the requirements for obtaining the organizational authorization established in articles 5 and 6 of the Common Rules for entities requiring authorization for organization and operation of the SMV, approved by SMV Resolution No. 039-2016-SMV/01 and its amendments; as well as what is stated in the Single Administrative Procedures Text of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF; as developed in Report No. 1421-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy;

That, no objections were raised regarding the formation of the collective fund management company or the persons organizing it within the period established by article 6 of the Common Rules for entities requiring authorization for organization and operation of the SMV;

That, having evaluated the documents presented that constitute requirements of the present procedure, it corresponds to grant the requested authorization; and,

Being subject to the provisions of article 2, letter a) of Legislative Decree No. 21907; article 1, letter b) of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126 and its amendments; and article 38, numeral 5, clause i), of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1°.- Grant to Corporación Coril S.A.C. and Corporación Geco S.A.C. the organizational authorization of a collective fund management company that will be named Integrados Collective Fund Management Company S.A. and which may use the abbreviated name Integrados CFMC S.A.

Article 2°.- The organizational authorization referred to in the preceding article will have an unextendable validity of one (01) year from its notification to the organizers.

Article 3°.- This resolution does not authorize Integrados Collective Fund Management Company S.A. to commence collective fund management activities or to register the constitution of the company in the Register of Legal Entities of the Public Registries. To do so, it must previously obtain the respective operational authorization from the Securities Market Superintendence.

Article 4°.- This resolution must be published in the official newspaper El Peruano within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days.

Article 5°.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv ).

Article 6°.- Transcribe this resolution to Mr. Fernando Jesús Vivanco Luyo, in his capacity as representative of the organizers.
