The File No. 2026037975 initiated by Grupo Coril Fund Management Company S.A., as well as Report No. 1457-2026-SMV/10.2 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until September 15, 2026, Grupo Coril Fund Management Company S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the Participation Regulation applicable to all mutual investment funds in securities that are under its administration, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, these modifications mainly concern the subscription modality of quotas via charge on the participant's account in the placing agent; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Fund Management Company S.A. complies with what is provided in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1457-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is provided by Article 38, numeral 6 of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216- 2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of modifications to the
Participation Regulation applicable to all mutual investment funds in securities managed by Grupo Coril Fund Management Company S.A., in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Participation
Regulation referred to in the preceding Article 1st, will enter into effect on October 6 of 2026.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Grupo
