HAVING SEEN:
File No. 2026009960 submitted by Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. and Report No. 855-2026-SMV/10.2;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Superintendent Resolution No. 068-2017-SMV/02 of August 3, 2017, the operation of Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. (hereinafter, CORE CAPITAL SAFI) was authorized to administer investment funds and its registration in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, RPMV) was ordered.

That, any transfer of shares that allows a natural or legal person to exceed direct or indirect ownership of more than ten percent (10%) of the share capital of an Entity, as well as any act of encumbrance, trust, management agreements or other legal acts that involve directly or indirectly more than ten percent (10%) of the shares representing the share capital of the Entity and that grant a third party the exercise of voting rights in said percentage, must have prior authorization from the Securities Market Superintendence (SMV). This, in accordance with Article 12 of the Common Norms to Entities that require Authorization of Organization and Operation of the SMV, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 039-2016-SMV/01 (hereinafter, COMMON NORMS);

That, the request must be accompanied by the information indicated in Article 5 of the COMMON NORMS, documentation that must allow accrediting the economic and moral solvency of the natural or legal person, as applicable, with the procedure regulated in the preceding articles of the cited norm being applicable;

That, with writings presented until May 27, 2026, CORE CAPITAL SAFI requested authorization from the SMV so that Mr. Martín Alejandro Bedoya Benavides may incorporate as a shareholder of the company with a shareholding participation exceeding ten percent (10%) of its share capital. In this case, according to his request, Mr. Bedoya will acquire 30% shareholding participation in CORE CAPITAL SAFI;

That, CORE CAPITAL SAFI presented the Private Agreement signed on December 29, 2025, through which the Share Purchase and Sale Contract dated June 12, 2023, was nullified, through which Mr. Bedoya transferred, in equal parts, his shares representing the share capital in CORE CAPITAL SAFI in favor of Mr. Juan Carlos Tassara García and Mr. Jorge Martín Ruiz Ortiz (hereinafter, the SHAREHOLDERS);

That, therefore, Mr. Bedoya and the SHAREHOLDERS will have 30% participation in the shareholding of CORE CAPITAL SAFI subject to the corresponding authorization of the SMV;

That, from the evaluation carried out on the documentation presented by CORE CAPITAL SAFI, the necessary requirements established in the COMMON NORMS have been met. This, in order for Mr. Martín Alejandro Bedoya Benavides to acquire 30% shareholding participation in CORE CAPITAL SAFI, as developed in Report No. 855-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Superintendence of Entity Supervision; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of the COMMON NORMS to entities that require authorization of organization and operation of the SMV, and in application of Article 38, numeral 5, literal iii, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Authorize the transfer of 1,439,869 common shares, corresponding to 30% of the share capital of Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A., from Mr. Juan Carlos Tassara García and Mr. Jorge Martín Ruiz Ortiz in favor of Mr. Martín Alejandro Bedoya Benavides.

Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Portal of the Securities Market of the Securities Market Superintendence (https://www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3rd.- Transcribe this resolution to Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A.
